The picturesque town of San Pellegrino Terme transformed into a stage for automotive history from July 10 to 12, 2026, as the Concorso di Eleganza took center stage. Organized by the Club Orobico Auto Moto d’Epoca this prestigious event united rare vintage vehicles and passionate collectors in a celebration of motor heritage and cultural preservation.
The event, part of the ASI Circuito Tricolore and the National ASI Calendar showcased the finest examples of automotive and motorcycle craftsmanship. The Best of Show for automobiles was awarded to the Ballot Paris 2L Turismo Boat-Tail from 1925, owned by Albino Bertoletti, while the Henderson 1000 MS116 G from 1917, belonging to Fulvio Allasio, took the top honor in the motorcycle category.
The journey through time and landscape
The concours began with a dynamic motorcycle tour through the Valli Orobiche a region known for its breathtaking landscapes. The route wound through charming towns like Clusone, Lovere, and along the shores of Lago d’Iseo culminating at the scenic Passo Zambla. This tour featured historic models such as the BMW R62Royal Enfield KX and Moto Guzzi Sport 14, offering spectators a glimpse into the golden age of motorcycling.
On Saturday, the focus shifted to the elegant Villa Agliardi-Pesenti in Paladina, where a jury of experts evaluated the participating vehicles. The concours featured a variety of categories, including CentenariansPre-WarSupercars and special tributes to the 60th anniversary of ASI and the 100th anniversary of Carrozzeria Touring. The Fuoriconcorso category allowed club members to showcase their personal collections, with the public playing a key role in awarding the prizes.

The grand finale took place in front of the historic Grand Hotel di San Pellegrino Terme a symbol of Italian Liberty architecture. Here, the most prestigious awards were presented. Among the automotive winners, the Oldsmobile Curved Dash from 1904 took the top spot in the Centenarians category, while the Lancia Augusta Cabriolet from 1936 was crowned the best Pre-War vehicle. The Ferrari FZ93 from 1993 was recognized as the best Supercar, and the Alfa Romeo 1900 SS from 1954 celebrated the 100th anniversary of Carrozzeria Touring.
In the motorcycle category, the Harley-Davidson 1000 from 1917 was awarded the best Pre-1920 motorcycle, while the BMW R62 750 from 1928 took the top honor in the Pre-1930 category. The Sertum 500 Sidecar Longhi from 1937 was recognized as the best Pre-1950 motorcycle. Special awards were also given to the Bianchi 500 C75 from 1918 for best preservation and the Vittoria 500 from 1934 for best restoration.
