Organized by the renowned Apex Assassins this premier event promises to bring together the best riders from various racing organizations across the western United States. Set to take place from October 16th to 18th, 2026 at the historic Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s outside road course this invite-only competition is poised to become an annual highlight for both racers and fans alike.

The Battle of Champions is not just another race; it’s a celebration of speed, skill, and competition. With a focus on elite riders and emerging talent, this event aims to crown the true champions of the west. The Track and the Competition

The Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s outside road course is no stranger to motorcycle road racing, but this year’s event will feature a unique configuration. Racers will tackle the full course in a counter-clockwise direction, providing a neutral ground for top riders from around the country to truly test their mettle. The event will showcase a variety of racing classes, including traditional production bike and superbike categories, as well as special features like Ohvale racing for the top young talents.

Adding to the diversity of the competition, the Bagger Racing League will also be joining the event, representing American iron racers from across the country. This inclusion ensures that the Battle of Champions will be a comprehensive showcase of motorcycle racing excellence.

Event Schedule and Highlights

The weekend’s schedule is designed to maximize excitement and competition. On Friday, October 16th Apex Assassins will host a track day and racer practice session, featuring three 20-minute track sessions open to trackday enthusiasts and specific race preparation groups for racers. This day sets the stage for the main event, allowing participants to fine-tune their skills and strategies.

The main competition will take place over Saturday and Sunday, October 17th and 18th with two full days of intense racing action. Each day will feature 15 races with sprint-style races ranging from 6 to 10 laps across multiple classes. Special podium celebrations will follow each day’s racing action, adding to the festive atmosphere.

The Ohvale mini GP will also be a highlight of the weekend, featuring four classes of bikes ranging from 110CC to 250CC, with participants aged 8 to 18. This inclusion ensures that the Battle of Champions is a true showcase of talent at all levels.

Race Classes and Live Broadcasting

The Battle of Champions will feature a diverse range of race classes, including 1000cc SuperbikeMiddleweight SupersportLightweight Twins and Super Lightweight 400cc. Additionally, the event will showcase races from the Bagger Racing League, including Air-Cooled, Liquid-Cooled, and Hooligans classes, with more specialty classes to be announced.

To bring the action to fans around the world, the event will be live broadcasted through 951 Live on YouTube. The event will also feature VIP tents, food court-style spectator areas, and a beer garden, creating a festival-style atmosphere for fans, teams, and sponsors. This comprehensive approach ensures that the Battle of Champions will be one of the most exciting and inclusive motorcycle racing events on the west coast.
