At the recent Summer Game FestSEGA showcased a trailer packed with announcements. The game, which has already seen success with its initial release and subsequent updates, is set to continue its momentum with a robust lineup of new DLC packs. These additions will introduce fresh characters, vehicles, courses, and music tracks, ensuring that players have plenty of new experiences to explore.

Upcoming DLC Packs for 2026

The first major DLC pack to hit the game will be the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem pack, scheduled for release in July 2026. This pack will feature all four iconic turtles—LeonardoDonatelloRaphaeland Michelangelo—as playable characters. Alongside the turtles, players can expect new vehicles, courses, and music tracks inspired by the beloved franchise.

Following the TMNT pack, the Avatar Legends pack is set to launch in October 2026. This DLC will allow players to race as Aang and Kataracomplete with new vehicles, courses, and Avatar-inspired music tracks and emotes. The pack promises to bring the spirit of Avatar: The Last Airbender into the racing world, offering a unique and immersive experience.

Year Two of DLC: Godzilla and Evangelion

The excitement doesn’t stop there. SEGA has also announced plans for Year Two of DLC, which will include crossover packs based on Godzilla and Evangelion. These packs are expected to feature intense courses and larger-than-life characters, adding a new dimension to the racing game. The Season Pass Two will include a total of six new DLC packs, with more details to be revealed later in 2026.

Most recently, the game received a free update adding Arle from Puyo Puyo as a playable character. This update is part of SEGA’s ongoing efforts to expand the game’s roster and provide players with more options and experiences.
