The Trailblazers Motorcycle Club has made an exciting announcement regarding its 2027 Hall of Fame inductees. On Tuesday, June 16, the organization’s Board of Directors convened at the Motorcycle Industry Council headquarters in Irvine, California, to deliberate and vote on the nominees. This year’s ceremony will take place at the Carson Center in Carson, California, on Sunday, April 4, 2027, marking the first time the event will be held on a Sunday.

The selection process was rigorous, with 20 candidates vying for eight prestigious spots. The board ultimately chose seven new inductees and one recipient for the esteemed Dick Hammer Award.

A nationally ranked AMA Pro Racer in the 1960s and 70s, Nicholas took a three-year hiatus to serve as a Navy pilot in Viet Nam, demonstrating his commitment to both his country and his sport.
