Apply now for Royal Enfield’s 2027 all-women flat track and road racing series

From Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the call has gone out: Royal Enfield is now accepting applications for the 2027 Build.Train.Race flat track and road racing seasons. The program, aimed exclusively at women, promises a full-cycle experience – from learning how to transform a production motorcycle into a race-ready machine to competing on some of the United States’ most prominent racing weekends.

Program overview and racing disciplines

The initiative brings together riders from varied backgrounds and unites them under two distinct competition formats. One grid will contest flat track events – an oval-shaped, low-gravity motorcycle discipline that tests bike control on dirt-packed surfaces – while the other focuses on road racing where circuit speed and cornering precision dominate. Each discipline runs its own championship, and both series support headline races on the national calendar, giving participants exposure to a global audience.

Eligibility, geographic scope and slot allocation

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess practical riding experience, yet they cannot have previously held a professional race licence. The road racing championship opens its six available slots to women from the United States, Canada and Brazil, whereas the flat track series also offers six positions, limited to riders from the United States and Canada. This geographic spread reflects the program’s North-American focus while still welcoming talent from South America.

Application timeline and executive insight

Prospective competitors are required to submit their dossiers through the dedicated portal at no later than October 19th 2026. Adrian Sellers, Head – Custom & Motorsport at Royal Enfield, summed up the excitement: “Opening applications for the upcoming season is always an exciting time, as we look forward to welcoming a new cohort of riders.” He added that reviewing each story provides a privileged glimpse into the diverse talents poised to launch their racing careers.

Bike conversion, mentorship and race-day support

Chosen riders will receive a brand-new Royal Enfield motorcycle as a base platform. With the assistance of Royal Enfield engineers and partner workshops, each participant will convert the stock bike into a bespoke race machine, tailored to the demands of their chosen discipline. Throughout the season, mentors deliver technical training, riding instruction and strategic coaching, ensuring that every rider arrives at the starting grid fully prepared. The series’ calendar spans multiple venues across the United States, requiring flexibility for travel and logistics.
