The 50-year-old driver will be behind the wheel of the No. 20 Bill McAnally racing Chevrolet Silverado for the upcoming race at Naval Base Coronado in San Diego, Californiaset to take place on June 19.
Gaughan, a native of Los Angelesis no stranger to success in the world of racing. His career spans multiple series, and he brings a wealth of experience to this unique event. Gaughan’s illustrious racing career
Gaughan’s racing resume is impressive, with notable achievements across various series. He has competed in 67 Cup startswith a best finish of fourth place. His success in the NASCAR O’Reilly Series includes 219 starts and two victories in 2014 at Road America and Kentucky.
However, it is in the Truck Series where Gaughan has made his most significant impact. He has participated in 217 NCTS racessecuring eight victoriesincluding an impressive six-win season in 2003. His return to the Truck Series after a 13-year hiatus is a testament to his enduring passion for the sport.
