The 2025 models of these trucks have seen substantial enhancements, especially in design and technology, in response to the evolving demands of off-road enthusiasts. Both the Power Wagon and Rebel HD have benefited from design updates and technological advancements. The 2025 Ram 2500 Power Wagon continues to feature a robust 6.4-liter V8 engine, delivering 405 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. However, it does not currently provide a turbodiesel variant. The Tremor features a more modern gas engine and comparable turbodiesel options that undercut Ram’s pricing.
Despite these price increases, the Power Wagon and Rebel HD remain distinctive due to their exceptional off-road capabilities and specialized features not available from competitors. The Power Wagon continues to lead the market with its front and rear electronic locking differentials and disconnecting sway bar, solidifying its status as a preferred choice for off-road enthusiasts.
